Mingcong Xie is a Ph.D. student in the Agricultural, Food, and Resource Economics (AFRE) Department at Michigan State University. He earned his M.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University and China Agricultural University. His research interests focus on consumer behavior in the food market and the impact of food and agricultural policies.
